All creative work, strategies, reports, and materials created by Quickupp Softech remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the service agreement. Our proprietary methodologies, processes, and frameworks remain exclusively ours at all times.
Fees are as agreed in the individual service proposal. Invoices are due within the timeframe specified. Late payments may incur a penalty as outlined in the service agreement. We reserve the right to pause services in the event of non-payment after providing written notice.
Quickupp Softech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We do not guarantee specific results such as a defined number of leads, rankings, or revenue, as digital marketing outcomes depend on many external factors.
Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice as specified in the service agreement (typically 30 days). Upon termination, all outstanding amounts become immediately due. We will provide final deliverables for work completed up to the termination date.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
