6. User Responsibilities

  • Provide timely feedback and approvals.
  • Supply required materials (e.g., content, images, branding assets).
  • Cooperate in resolving queries or delays.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact project timelines or incur additional costs.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • The client owns the final deliverables upon full payment.
  • We retain the right to display the project in our portfolio or marketing materials.

Any third-party resources or assets used (e.g., stock images, plugins) will be licensed appropriately, and may involve separate fees.

8. Confidentiality

All information provided via the inquiry form or during the course of service will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of project execution and communication.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior notice if the other party breaches any material provision of these Terms. In such cases:

  • All work completed to date will be delivered.
  • Payments for work done until termination will be due immediately.
  • Refunds (if any) will be subject to a fair-use policy and project status.

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities resulting from the use of our services.
